We have now completed a few jobs together and I thought it was time I formally thanked you for your attention to detail, quality of service and professional approach. Your skilled and experienced approach has helped delight the client at an awkward assignment at the North Norfolk Hotel. Coming in on time and on budget, minimising client down time, whilst delivering first class work makes it a pleasure to work with you. In addition to that being able to call on your skilled workforce under your leadership enables me to stretch my reach geographically into Norfolk and beyond, which looks to be good for both our businesses.

One of the aspects that I would encourage all potential clients to look at in your approach is your personal hands on attention to difficult issues. Using your experience constructing an tunnel effect for clients to walk through meant that the Hotel could continue to service regular and ad hoc books, meaning that in no small manner you enable their business to proposer through what could have been difficult times. This professionalism and putting the clients needs first is a brilliant trait and one I would be happy to act as a referee for you should you ever have the need.

I have used Steven Seals Builder Limited on my commercial property, for mixed jobs and recommend them to carry out any work required.  I would have no hesitation in using them again for my business.

I have had the great pleasure of seeing your gang of chaps building at No.13 Trafalgar Road and to quote Churchill ("Give us the tools and we will finish the job") suits those boys down to the ground; I have never seen men really work so hard when they have to.

If I could hand out medals they would be the boys I would give them to. Clean, neat and tidy and ready for anything put before them. If I was you I would be really proud of having them work for you. Shows there are still good, hard working men in England so willing to get the job done. A pleasure to watch.
